• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order if it is returned to us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• If your package arrives damaged, please include photos of the package and its contents.

• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

 We currently ship within the United States only.
